Former CEO of Zywave, Dave has been leading Agreement Express since 2019. He is laser-focused on intensifying the company’s efforts in product innovation, steering the strategic direction of our company, and sourcing additional strategic alliances and partnerships to further scale our software.

Chief Financial Officer
Larry has a proven track record of improving cash flow, profitability, and operations. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of merger and acquisition activities, as he previously worked as the CFO of private equity and venture capital-backed companies.

As CTO at a previous company, Burke saw an increase from $11 million to $30 million in revenue over the span of just eight years. With over 20 years of experience delivering major software products to clients, he is passionate about creating an environment that nurtures innovation and yields exceptional results.
