Winters will be responsible for the leadership of the Agreement Express sales efforts, continuing to accelerate Agreement Express’s momentum and provide direction through its next phase of transformational growth.

Mike is a well-known figure in the finance and insurance industry, with a proven record of building strong relationships with the largest financial entities in North America. He brings over 30 years of experience in sales leadership roles and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Winters held a Senior Vice President of Sales position, working closely with Dave O’Brien, (now CEO of Agreement Express), to scale Zywave, a well-known provider of solutions for the insurance industry, and was instrumental in double-digit organic revenue growth for the company.
