Vancouver, BC (November 16, 2018) — Agreement Express today announced it ranked No. 468 on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy tech companies in North America. Agreement Express grew 159 percent during this period, moving up 22 spots from its position on the 2017 ranking.
Agreement Express’ Chief Executive Officer, Mike Gardner, credits the race to digitization in financial services to improve the critical first touch point of the client experience with the company’s revenue growth. He said, “Wealth management and payments firms are under tremendous pressure to battle digital disruption and cater to the needs of digital-first clients. Digitizing the first interaction a client or merchant has with the firm can impact a firm’s ability to grow their business. By automating the entire onboarding process from application to account opening to transaction, firms deliver the experience clients crave while getting assets under management or getting to payments processing faster and with less risk.”
“Congratulations to the Deloitte 2018 Technology Fast 500 winners on this impressive achievement,” said Sandra Shirai, vice chairman, Deloitte LLP, and U.S. technology, media and telecommunications leader. “These companies are innovators who have converted their disruptive ideas into products, services and experiences that can captivate new customers and drive remarkable growth.”
“Software, which accounts for nearly two of every three companies on the list, continues to produce some of the most exciting technologies of the 21st century, including innovations in artificial intelligence, predictive analytics and robotics,” said Mohana Dissanayake, partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP, and Industry Leader for technology, media and telecommunications, within Deloitte’s audit and assurance practice. “This year’s ranking demonstrates what is likely a national phenomenon, where many companies from all parts of America are transforming the way we do business by combining breakthrough research and development, entrepreneurship and rapid growth.”
Agreement Express previously ranked No. 490 as a Technology Fast 500™ award winner for 2017.
