Agreement Express in downtown Toronto is looking for a full-time technician to support our SaaS application, used by major banks and insurers in North America and Europe.
- Support our web-based application using the knowledge you gain here
- Provide excellent service in a professional manner, via phone, email, and our ticketing system
- Troubleshoot all issues that occur, and if required, escalate issues following a defined process
- Communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of English
- Experience working in a service desk environment where you have been responsible for solving tickets
- Troubleshooting skills
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic XML knowledge
- Exposure to Linux
