We store personal information collected by our clients for the purposes identified below.

  • Client Onboarding, Registration, and Document Management: We provide services to our clients, including financial, wealth management, payment institutions and insurance and rental property providers with their customer registration, onboarding, and document management processes. To do so, we store certain personal information that you provide to our client(s) including:
    • name, date of birth, address(es), email address(es) and phone number(s);
    • digital signature;
    • tax identification information, including tax identification numbers and Social Insurance/Security Numbers;
      payment card and bank account information;
    • supporting documentation like valid ID (driver’s license), passport, tax return information and pay stubs;
      credit history and annual income; and
    • client-specific registration information, including levels of risk tolerance in investing and annual income.

We store this information on behalf of our customers to verify and validate personal information individuals have provided. In addition, personal information is reviewed to satisfy Know-Your-Client (KYC) and other industry compliance obligations. We also aggregate data from the client registration, onboarding, KYC, and other compliance review processes to provide our clients with a risk assessment of their customers and to generate insights about their customers and business processes, and to help our clients provide personalized products and services.

You have the right to access, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody and control, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law. You may request access, updating and corrections of inaccuracies in other personal information we have in our custody or control by emailing us at the contact information set out below. We may request certain personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their personal information records.

GDPR and EU Residents

In addition to the foregoing Privacy Policy, European Union individuals have certain rights over their personal data and data controllers are responsible for fulfilling these rights as follows:
