We use this information on behalf of our customers to verify and validate personal information individuals have provided. In addition, personal information is reviewed to satisfy know-your-client and other industry compliance obligations. We also aggregate data from the client registration, onboarding, know-your-client and other compliance review processes to provide our customers with a risk assessment of their clients and to generate insights about their clients and business processes, and to help our customers provide personalized products and services.
We and/or our service providers (including Google Analytics) also collect, process, store and analyze information about you obtained from your browser or through the use of “cookies” or other tools that track, measure and analyze the behaviors and usage patterns of visitors to and users of our Services, including the device type, mobile device identifier, IP (Internet Protocol) addresses and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system, geographical region from which you access our Services, and average time spent on our Services. Sharing of Personal Information
Your personal information may be transferred (or otherwise made available) to our affiliates and other third parties who provide services on our behalf. For example, we use service providers to assist with our onboarding processing, including verifying and validating the accuracy of personal information; to host and operate our Services; to send email or other communications; and to manage and analyze data. We also partner with third parties where necessary to integrate our Services with our customer’s client onboarding, registration and document management processes, including customer relationship management, payment, and compliance software service providers. Our service providers are given the information they need to perform their designated functions, and are not authorized to use or disclose personal information for their own marketing or other purposes.

Legal and Compliance
