Sometimes you need to request additional details while an agreement is in progress. This is when the Correspondence feature comes in handy. Correspondence allows the publisher to add or request additional details with the client or internal teams through Agreement Express.
These notes and attachments are added to the document package where applicable, complete with an audit trail of engagement. Within an agreement, open the extended drop down menu in the top right hand corner and select the message icon.
From the pop-up, click the Correspondence tab and select NEW. The popup will expand to reveal messaging fields.
Hit Send on your message when you’re ready.
What does the recipient see?
The recipient is sent an email with your message and a link to a secure Agreement Express page for submitting their response.
After clicking through to the webpage, the recipient can add their comments and/or upload their attachments.
Attachments provided by your recipient will be incorporated into the document package. To review, go into the transaction and click the paperclip icon in the top right. You’ll see the attachment in the list.
Keep your access settings secure and up-to-date. Company Administrators can add whitelisted email domains to an authorized list, preventing unauthorized access. This security measure helps maintain long-term consistency in administration during staff turnover. You can, for instance avoid generic email domains in order to keep your inclusion list clean and manageable.Show Me How
Note, only users with the designed Company Administrator role have access to these security settings.
Company Admins can add a Domain by clicking the pink FAB (Floating Action Button) in the bottom right and populate the corresponding form.
Update existing domains on your whitelist by selecting the domain and modifying the displayed sections. Selecting Trash will delete the domain.
Your handy search bar allows you to search for clients, users, transaction types and tags, saving valuable time in your workday. Now you can search for a transaction by its particular ID.Show Me How
To retrieve a particular Transaction ID, Click Search in the Search bar and the dropdown of search options will appear. Click Transaction ID and this category will appear in your search bar.
Type the Transaction ID number beside the pre-populated category and your search results will appear.
